Notes:
Almost a year after the grapes were harvested, the wine is still a pale straw with a green tinge in color, and displays intense aromas of orange peel, sweet apricot, honey and pear. Its natural acidity will keep it youthful for many years to come and in time this wine will gain further complexity as it becomes more honeyed and toasty, rewarding cellaring over the next 5-15 years.
