23rd Annual Wine & Chocolate Fantasy PRE-TASTING
January 26th from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time is when we’ll host a wine and chocolate tasting exploration in advance of the Rodney Strong Vineyards 23rd Annual Wine & Chocolate Fantasy.
Each year we host a pre-Valentine’s Day sweetheart of an event at our winery in Healdsburg, CA. This year, it’s scheduled for Saturday, February 4, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ($65 per ticket). It’s a cellar full of wine and chocolate along with Valentine’s Day inspired décor, cuisine and live music. In advance of the event, a select group of online wine aficionados will gather to explore various combinations of wine and chocolate. There will be four chocolates with varying levels of cocoa tasted alongside Rodney Strong’s Knotty Vines Zinfandel, Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and A True Gentleman’s Port.
Hosts for this evening of sweet deliciousness include winemaker, Justin Seidenfeld, PR director, Robert Larsen and one of Sonoma County’s finest artisanal chocolatiers, Doug Peters of Peter’s Chocolates.

Rodney Strong Vineyards was founded in 1959 by Sonoma County wine pioneer Rodney D. Strong as the 13th bonded winery in the county. Today the winery is owned by Tom Klein and the Klein family and is dedicated to crafting world-class wines from Sonoma County. Wines are sustainably grown and produced exclusively from four of Sonoma County’s finest appellations – Alexander Valley, Russian River Valley, Chalk Hill and Sonoma Coast.
