Well the sun is out and the temps are rising. That means it's time to
start thinking about the lighter wines. Our 2nd Vintage of Rose will
be released at the end of April, so we thought we would throw a little
party and invite all our fans to come and enjoy the party. We will be
pouring several other wines made at the winery and even do some barrel
sampling of our 08 De La Terre which will be released in September.
Yum. As usual, there is no charge for the event and we will have great
prices on all wines available. So load up the car with your friends and
come on over.

Join Randall PR Thursday April 22 as we taste Tsillan Cellars 2007 Dolcezza d'Oro
Estate Dessert Riesling

375
ml, Columbia Valley, 802 cases produced, $28

Notes:
Almost a
year after the grapes were harvested, the wine is still a pale straw
with a green tinge in color, and displays intense aromas of orange peel,
sweet apricot, honey and pear. Its natural acidity will keep it
youthful for many years to come and in time this wine will gain further
complexity as it becomes more honeyed and toasty, rewarding cellaring
over the next 5-15 years.
